How do I know the machine is in the condition you say it is?
Every machine we offer has been physically inspected at source by our team. You receive a full written condition report, engine hours documentation, and a video walkround before you pay anything. We do not list machines we cannot inspect.
How do I know you won't disappear after I pay?
We are a registered European business with offices in Madrid, Spain — company registration number and VAT number, both publicly verifiable. We have delivered over 500 machines to buyers in 40+ countries. We also offer phased payment structures for new clients — deposit on contract, balance before shipment.
What if there are hidden costs I haven't budgeted for?
Our CIF quotes cover the machine, sea freight, marine insurance, and export documentation in one number. This price gets the machine to your nominated port. From that point, local import duty and customs clearance are your territory — we advise on what to expect, but we don't control those costs.
What if there are problems at the port or with customs?
We prepare a complete, correctly formatted documentation package for every shipment — commercial invoice, Bill of Lading, packing list, certificate of origin, and pre-shipment inspection certificate. We have shipped to your port before. We know what is required. Documentation issues caused by incorrect preparation on our side are our responsibility to resolve.
